[TargetName] and their crew were identified executing a raid on [Location]. If their MO holds true, [TargetName] has surfaced to land a big score and then will disappear into the ether. Let's not allow that to happen again. Word is the hostile forces have spread themselves across the location. That’ll make hunting down the precise location of [TargetName] difficult. In addition, expect the target to act defensively when under attack. In previous engagements, they remained hidden and directed their forces from afar. It is our recommendation that you focus on thinning out their allies first and force [TargetName] to come to their own defense.
