Mission Content & AI/NPC Systems

Star Citizen Alpha 4.3.1 has been released onto the LIVE environment!

  • Too many enemy AI spawn at Underground Facilities during mercenary missions, causing performance issues
  • Enemy AI get stuck in unreachable locations during mercenary missions, preventing completion
  • Security keycard printers show incorrect timer displays during printing and cooldown periods
  • Nine Tails enemies are missing their proper weapons and equipment loadouts
  • Players respawn back at ASD Delving facilities after being killed instead of at medical facilities
  • Combat AI hide and cower in corners during ASD Delving science wing encounters
  • Turrets at Pyro's Farro Data Centers don't fire at enemies or engage in combat
  • NPCs play multiple death animations simultaneously when taking damage, causing visual glitches
  • Security turrets won't shoot at criminal players unless the players attack first

Ships & Vehicle Systems

  • Getting out of Mercury Star Runner and Guardian beds causes you to fall through the ship floor
  • Ship HUD displays missing distance and velocity information while in quantum travel
  • Kruger L21 Wolf ship's built-in weapons don't display properly in the user interface
  • Executive hangar doors don't open after retrieving ships, trapping players and vehicles inside
  • ASD Onyx Facility mission rewards show "destinationlistall" placeholder text instead of actual reward locations
  • Ship battle missions appear as blank contracts in the Contract Manager interface

Location & Environment Issues

  • Storage crates in executive hangars appear transparent and have visual glitches
  • Players can clip through walls near water features in ASD Delving Onyx facility and fall through the planet
  • Game crashes related to error handling systems in the Linux version
  • Incapacitated players in Pyro can't see the "Hold M to activate rescue beacon" instruction text
  • Game crashes during localized string formatting operations

Cargo & Trading Systems

  • ARGO ATLS tractor beam stops working after moving cargo, requiring ship storage and retrieval to fix
  • Hangar decorations overload freight elevators, making them unusable for cargo operations

User Interface & Equipment

  • Calva helmet has visual problems and doesn't display correctly on characters
  • Players can't climb down ladders properly - the mantling system fails when trying to descend from the top
